Withinward is a tool for personal reflection and spiritual exploration. It is not a medical service, mental health service, or psychological service of any kind.
Your daily readings, Your Signature, arc reflections, and all other content generated by Withinward are designed as mirrors for self-inquiry. They are not diagnoses, clinical assessments, prescriptions, or professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, financial, or legal advice.

Withinward does not replace therapy, medical care, or any other professional support. We are a spiritual intelligence platform — not a clinical tool.

By using Withinward, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding — your natal chart calculations depend on it.
You may use Withinward for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Your readings and Your Signature are generated using Anthropic's Claude AI model. Withinward provides the prompts, context, and your profile data — Claude generates the text. We review and refine the system that generates your readings, but individual outputs are AI-generated.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, imprecisions, or responses that feel off. This is a known limitation of current AI systems. Readings should be used as one input among many in your self-understanding — not as authoritative truth.
You retain no exclusive rights to AI-generated readings; they are generated fresh for you and are not unique creative works under current copyright law.
Withinward offers a free tier (3 days fully unlocked) and paid subscription tiers (Depth at $9/month or $88/year; Practitioner at $22/month or $222/year). Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment details.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis — write to us.
Your data on cancellation: Your profile and reading history remain accessible on your device after cancellation. We do not delete your locally stored data when you cancel.
Withinward's design, brand, copy, code, and systems are our intellectual property. The name "Withinward," the ✦ sigil, and associated branding are proprietary.
The underlying spiritual frameworks (astrology, Human Design, Enneagram, Ayurveda, etc.) are ancient systems in the public domain — Withinward does not claim ownership over them, only over our specific implementation, language, and presentation of them.
Your personal data — your name, birth information, assessment responses, and intentions — belongs to you. We are stewards of it, not owners.
Withinward is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Withinward LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to decisions made based on your readings.
Your use of Withinward is at your own discretion. Readings are tools for reflection, not directives for action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Withinward shall be resolved in the courts of Ramsey County, Minnesota, unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these terms as Withinward evolves. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice — either on this page or by direct notification. Continued use of Withinward after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
