These terms cover your Withinward book and everything around it. We have written them to be clear and human. By taking the Sitting or placing an order, you agree to them.
Withinward is a tool for personal reflection and spiritual exploration. It is not a medical, mental health, or psychological service of any kind.
Your book, including every reading, tension, declaration, and cast, is a mirror for self inquiry. It is not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, a prescription, a prediction, or professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, financial, or legal advice.
Some pages may stir things up. If something in your book feels like too much, close it and take care of yourself. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, US) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line) at any time.
Withinward does not replace therapy, medical care, or any other professional support.

A Withinward book is written for one person, from the answers they give in the Sitting and from their birth data. It comes as a digital edition, a printed edition, or, when offered, a limited hand finished edition. Each order page says exactly what is included.
Because each book is made for one person, it cannot be reused for anyone else.
You must be at least 13 to take the Sitting and at least 18 to place an order. A gift recipient must be at least 13. You agree to give accurate information, because your chart depends on it. A wrong birth time changes your rising sign and parts of your chart.
You may use Withinward for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not:
The Sitting is a set of self report questions and a coin cast. Its results are best guesses. You are invited to confirm or correct them, and the book records the difference. Self report questions are reflective tools, not validated clinical tests.
Your book is written with Anthropic's Claude AI model. We supply the method, the structure, and your data. The AI writes the text, and a verification pass checks it against your chart before it reaches you.
AI can still make errors, or write something that does not fit. That is a known limit of current systems. Your book invites you to mark each statement as true, partly true, or not you, and that marking is part of its design. Use the book as one input among many in understanding yourself, not as authority.
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Digital editions are delivered by a link sent to your email once your book is written.
Printed editions are produced and shipped by our print partner directly to the address you give us. Production and shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your address carefully, because we cannot redirect a book once it is in production.
Hand finished editions follow the dates described on their order page.
Each book is made only for you, so we do not offer refunds once your book has been written.
If your printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive, we will replace it at no cost. If your digital book does not arrive or cannot be opened, we will fix it or refund you.
If your book missed the mark, tell us. We want to know, and we will consider every case with care.
You can give a Withinward book. The recipient takes their own Sitting, so the book is written about them. The person who gave the gift does not receive the recipient's answers or book. A gift link works once. Pricing and any expiry are shown on the order page.
Anything you write or draw in your book, including your Anchor, your margin marks, your words, and your sigil, belongs to you. A printed book's handwriting never reaches us.
If you ask us to make something from your sigil, such as an item through Magick Eight, you give us permission to use it only to make and deliver that item.

You receive a personal, non transferable license to keep, read, and print your own book for yourself, and to share pages of it with people you choose. You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or use it to train AI models.

Astrology, Human Design, the Enneagram, Ayurveda, the I Ching, numerology, and the other frameworks we use are lenses for reflection. We write our own interpretations and wording. Names such as Human Design and Myers Briggs belong to their respective owners, and Withinward is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Your personal data, including your name, birth information, answers, and intentions, belongs to you. We are stewards of it, not owners.
Withinward is provided as is. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any content for a particular purpose. Astrological, numerological, and framework based readings are interpretive tools for personal reflection. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice.
Wellness and mental health. Withinward is not a mental health, medical, or psychological service. Nothing in your book is a diagnosis, therapy, or professional recommendation.
Decisions. Do not make significant financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions based solely on your book. The decisions and their consequences remain yours.
Liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from Withinward will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid for the order the claim concerns. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ramsey County, Minnesota, unless we agree otherwise.
We may update these terms as Withinward evolves. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes, on this page or by email. Changes do not alter the terms of an order you have already placed.
